Avocate réputée et ex présidente de la Commission Nationale des Droits de l’Homme (CNDH) pendant sept (7) ans, Me Kadidia Sangaré Coulibaly a joué un très grand rôle dans la création de cette institution, qui répond désormais aux exigences du principe de Paris. Elle a consacré la plus grande partie de sa vie à la défense et à la promotion des droits humains. Une expérience qui lui a permis de poser beaucoup d’actes en direction de la défense et la promotion des droits humains au Mali et en Afrique.
A sa nomination au poste de ministre des Droits de l’Homme en janvier dernier, on se rappelle encore sa déclaration « Ensemble, nous apporterons notre modeste contribution à la construction d’un Mali où le respect de la dignité humaine inhérente à chaque Malienne et à chaque Malien sera au cœur de toutes les initiatives des plus hautes autorités du pays». Six mois après cette nomination, la voilà décorée aujourd’hui 12 juillet 2018, « Officier de l’Ordre National du Mali» par le Président de la République S.E.M Ibrahim Boubacar Këita. Selon Me Kadidia Sangaré Coulibaly « c’est aujourd’hui que je l’ai reçue sinon les autres ministres l’ont reçu en juin. Moi, j’étais en mission ». Félicitations Nyéléni
